We ordered this Murphy bed and received it shipped fairly quickly, although the two boxes arrived two days apart. we had significant damage to six different major parts of the bed that was hidden within the packaging. We contacted the seller and provided documentation in four separate emails, phone calls, and chats. Phone calls were never answered. Chat was never available. And we have not received any email responses. Materials are not solid wood: they are MDF with veneers. Construction is very poor and we are unable to use our Murphy bed. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Real wood. Beautiful cherry stain. Outstanding customer service (called us within 2 minutes of our online inquiry after delivery). Well made. Comfortable. Product is exactly as advertised. Could not be more pleased.
