We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. 

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel the order, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.

General Return
You can start a return within 30 days of delivery if you are not happy with the item(s). You must return the item(s) in its original packaging and shipping boxes. All accessories from the original shipment (if applicable) must be included. All returned items must be in new condition, uninstalled and/or non-assembled, unused, with no pieces missing and with original tags and packaging.

You will have to pay for the return or exchange cost if there are no quality issues involved. We reserve the right to deduct the restocking fee from your refund when the returned item is not in its original packaging/condition or has been damaged. You will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the total invoice price on all furniture returns.

Defective items
In rare cases, you may get a defective item. To qualify as a defective item, one of the following must apply:
-Item has a defect, or is faulty, or malfunctions
-Wrong item is received
-Part(s) missing
-Damaged

We recommend you to check the items within 48 hours of delivery and report the defective item to our customer service as soon as possible. Please provide a copy of your original order confirmation, confirm the item number and quantity of the defective item(s), photos or videos clearly showing the defects. Depending on the situation, we will be responsible for refunds, exchange or replacements according to your preference within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, Mjkone will try to fix the situation. But manufacturing defects found after 30 days of delivery will be directed to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance items
  • Customized items
  • Flash Deals
  • Offline purchases (items or parts not listed on our website)
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.


Please note: any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and will be rejected when they arrive at our return center.

How to get the authorization to return the items:
Log in to your Mjkone account. Find “My Order” and click the “Return” button. Check the product(s) you want to return, choose the reason and submit the request. Pack the item(s). Please make sure all parts are packed in the original way. Ship the package(s) via trackable shipping methods. Provide us with the tracking number and carrier. Please note: untrackable return will delay the refund.

Refunds
You will receive a notification email within 3-5 business days after we receive your item(s) about when the refund is processed. The refund will be made to the original payment account that you used to buy the item.

Please note: for credit card payment method, please allow up to one billing cycle for your account to be credited. Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process because it takes time to resolve charge back disputes.
