Sofa arrived looking cheaper than a $300+ sofa. The arms of the sofa did not expand well and still looked smooshed. Could be the fact that it was packaged in a Compressed bag that caused the sofa arms to not expand well. Overall the sofa was comfy but it’s the look that I felt cost too much.

The fabric is great, I have sensitive skin and it doesn't irritate me at all. The cushions expand rather quickly after cutting open the wrap so be ready and have room for it to open without knocking over anything!
I saw negative reviews all revolving around the height, which is ironically exactly the reason I bought this couch so I could have a less thrown together random floor cushion feeling for my 15" table height that could have multiple prepares and layout options. And this floor couch delivers!
The cushion thickness is great and they are super comfortable for everyone in my home. As a smaller petite person that maxes out at 130lbs I don't have a lot of bulk or weight I typically find necessary for thick stuffed cushions. Some are so fluffy to be too soft and envelop me like I'm being turned into a stuffed food item or so dense they push me forward and I can't make a dent into the firmness enough to make a comfortable spot.
These are the perfect between. For heavier weight persons keeping it double stacked (folded in half without removing the small cubes as a ottoman) gives a good height and support even after compression. I personally like keeping the cubes as ottoman with a body pillow for lower back support. I LOVE the ability to have a lay down option that stacks together neatly for a nice tidy feeling when the room isn't being utilized.
Negatives really down to necessity of throw or body pillow for us smaller people to get cushion support between those 90 degree angles and that I see the possibility with heavy or clumsy use the seam at the fold point being ripped. For the money I think it's a great option for anyone that enjoys a more Japanese lifestyle or modern take on a modular feeling sofa couch. I'm tempted to buy a backup and keep it shrink wrapped in my closet in the event this one breaks. 😂
