When we received the boxes, the second came later than the first. Both boxes were damaged, the second smaller box was severely damaged on the ends. Believe this was mostly on FedEx but the boxes could have been more fortified to protect the contents. There was damage to the contents of each box, corners dented with some slightly broken and other dents and small nicks on other boards as well. However, the #2 panel/board was broken in half and unusable. We tried calling Mjkone's customer service to have them replace the #2 panel, but got a recording and had to leave a voicemail twice now. We also sent emails to both their addresses we found, [****] and [****], it's going on a month now and we still have NOT received a response from any of these attempts. I am forced now to right a bad review to try to get a response. It's super frustrating no one has responded. Hope this review gets them to respond as we don't know of any other way to get in touch with them.
2 boxes arrived. Just opened the first one that appears to have like 20 or more unassembled pieces and the first wood piece I pull our is damaged.
