We love the idea of the fold away bed and all things relative, the thin mattress is fairly comfortable. However, both packages came damaged including damage to the wood in multiple locations and a bent hinge. Customer service was slowly receptive to our requests for help and the bed is now functional. Time will tell if it's sturdy. The USB port seems gimmicky and unnecessary. The product does look nice overall and the storage is useful for the bedding.
The holes in the second step are in the wrong position and I can not build the base of the bed. Please answer my multiple refunds requesting a refund or new parts!
The furniture is well made and designed. No complaints there and really satisfied with it.
However I reached out to them because it was damaged during delivery. I suggested a reasonable solution which was to send only the panels that were damaged. But I did not receive a reply after writing them twice.
Would really love to provide a 5 star review but now I have a nice piece of furniture with a huge dent on one side of it. I know it’s not their fault, but it is their responsibility.
This is a really nice-looking addition to our office/3rd bedroom. I give it a 4-star rating (which really should be a 5) because of the minor damage that occurred during (my guess) shipping. It is a nice-looking/well-built cabinet that was more or less easy to put together. It will serve our need for a third bed when family visits. We will add a 2 or 3-inch foam topper for better comfort and support. The topper should fit inside the cabinet.
