This chair was gifted to us per our request through our baby registry and we were so excited to put it in our first baby’s nursery. We were first disappointed as it wasn’t a rocking chair like we hoped but we made do. 3-4wks of having it my partner sits on it with our daughter and reclines it and the welding falls apart. She falls out of the chair and nearly drops the baby. As if that wasn’t bad enough the company gave us the run around and sent us to wal mart since we got it from their website. Then wal mart sent us back here because it was slightly over 30 days by that time. So we did that back and forth for a few weeks. keep emailing the company here on the site and got no luck. Basically out nearly $300 and no one will honor our purchase. Not even an exchange. Horrible company. Horrible Customer Service. Horrible experience.
